Today’s quick tip; get sprinkling

For a quick and easy nutritional boost, try adding ground flaxseeds to your breakfast. Delicious sprinkled over soy yoghurt or cereal or mixed into your bowl of porridge it’s ideal for vegan diets as it’s rich in protein, iron, zinc and omega 3.

You’ll find them in your local health food store or bigger supermarkets.

It also rather yummy, adding a lovely nutty flavour to the dish.
